With the improvement of sense of environmental protection and development of organic agriculture, Organic food has come into being and formed unique kind of popular food. At present, almost all developed counties have already constituted and implemented the organic food standards or laws and regulations. Such as U.S.A《Organic Food Manufacturing Standards 》in 1990, Europe regulated 《Organic Agriculture Regulations》in 1991ect.  Every country all over the world has consulted the Organic Product Standards, which was founded in 1972 by Organic Agriculture of International Movement (IFOAM) to constitute their country standards. The council of the United Nations food laws has made《The Export Guide of Organic Agriculture Products Manufacturing Process Standards •1991 》corresponding.
Organic products trade market is mainly in Europe、U.S.A and Japan .In 1997, the three of largest markets as above-mentioned, the turnover amounts to 105 million dollars; in 1998 it reached 130 million dollars, and in 2000 reached 200 million dollars. In 1997 the turnover of organic food was 28 million dollars, reaching 110 million dollars in 2002, increasing to 470 million dollars in 2006 as expected. Almost all supermarkets and chain stores will sell organic food in U.S.A.
France is the largest consuming market of organic food in Europe, it accounts for more than one third of organic food turnover in Europe. Japan reached 26 million dollars in 2000. Therefore, it is obvious that the development of organic food is entering into prosperity stage, and that, it is increasing at the speed of more 10% annually.
